    Hi Gordon

Thank you for your feedback. The information you are looking for is available under Track Info. Many consumers actually use Last.FM as a way to discover more music by an artist or even similar artists.

    Hi Tony, I must disagree.

The "Technical Info" only shows path and encoding/bitrate. None of the other attributes are present.

BTW, how can you claim that "Many consumers actually use Last.FM as a way to discover more music"? Do you know this for a fact; are you tracking your customers clicks?

    Hi Gordon

We rely on multiple channels, this site, support requests, dealer and distributor to collect anecdotal feedback.

We do cross reference this with metrics provided. BluOS Players will also randomly generate a report key on boot. If a positive key is generated (currently 1:5 or about 20% of Players - this number is reviewed and changed periodically - it has ever only gone down) the player will anonymously report country of origin (by ISP's registered IP), playback time and music source (by service or if local content or input source) and if the Player is grouped. No user specific data is captured.

You may opt out at any time by selecting Help, Diagnostics and turning off Statistics Collection.

It would be nice to have an option to go to someplace like Discogs that has more useful information.

Still waiting for a link to some useful information about the album & artists. Last.fm is USELESS for anything except I suppose some pop stuff. It gives nothing on jazz or classical albums or artists. Please at least give us an option to link to something USEFUL like Discogs or Allmusic or even the txt files many of us have stored in the album folder.

    Thanks

Yes. The link to last.fm is useless to many. Make it possible to change. Consider the suggestions and don't be rude.
