    Hi Benjamin, if you have already powered off both the controller device and the NAD, rebooted your router and tried again then your best option would be to contact NAD.

    I have exactly similar problem on my Bluesound Node 2. Already did everything in my power to attempt to fix it, and finally contacted Bluesound support about it (issue id #493856).

    I'd love to ssh to the box and gather some further information to debug the problem, but apparently users are not granted the ssh key to do so.
