I have just downloaded the new desktop app and it can not find any of my players. I have quit and reopened and tried to run diagnostics, but the page is empty. I'm staggered that any company can release such buggy products.
Choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Privacy & Security in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
Click Local Network.
For each app listed, turn the ability to access your local network on or off.
