NAD C658 spotify not working correctly

I have the last 3-4 weeks experienced problems when playing music from Spotify through BluOS on my C658. I connect Spotify to BluOs and after about 10 sec it's connected. The I play a song, and see it playing on my phone, and on the screen of the amp, but no sound. Then after 5-10 seconds, it jumps to another song with no input from me, with sound. I select a different song, and sometimes it plays the song, but more often it repeats the same pattern, showing that it is playing, but no song, then just randomly skipping to another song.
This is happening on two different phone (Android)
What I have tried so far: Reinstall Spotify, factory reset of BluOs, factory reset of amp and BluOs.

Ps: I believe this started happening two BluOs updates ago.

Hi,
I have the same problem since aroud 4 months.
On a playlist, when I sélect a song, it plays another song further in the list.
If I try to select again the song it takes 5 seconds before the right song start.
We have 3 iphones in the family and an ipad with differents iOS version and we alla have the same problem.
For me the problem comes from the blusound os installed on the NAD.
Hope you will find a solution.
