    I have this same issue with Spotify on my C658! Have ypu received any hjelp? I give up on Bluesound myself. Too many issues for the price I've paid.

    After three years of frustration, I've decided to part ways with Bluesound. After yet another failed firmware update and countless conversations with the support team, I've come to feel like they're completely NOT prioritising the customer. Waiting days for answers, giving pointless solutions—it's incredibly frustrating. After a substantial investment, it's now been a waste of money after three years. All the best!

    add me to the list.

    i cant even login after logout.  native app quit working.  qobuz connect will display the title but never play.  two diff device offline.

    using bluetooth :(
