    Doesn't work for me. Maybe I'm not doing it right. I go to the spotify app and tell it to play on my phone at the highest quality. It plays on the phone. so I assume I'm disconnected from the node.

     I then connect to the node in the app and the node reports CD as quality.

    What else can i try?

    Does the spotify app show lossless behind the song when you reconnect to the node?

    Yes it does, but the blueos indicates cd quality. Not sure if it makes a difference put the node is on the wired network and the spotify app is using the  wirelss network.

    CD at Node means lossless. Any different setting in spotify to lower quality let the CD symbol disappear...At least on my C700

    anyway else I could check if I am really streaming lossless?

     

    CD quality is 16-bit/44.1kHz, while Spotify lossless streams at 24-bit/44.1kHz, which is a higher resolution. 

    so It should not show as CD in my opinion.
