    Another user here, try closing all apps on your iPad and restart, if that does not help then reboot the router (give it five mins) and reboot the Soundbar.

    Still no joy? in the BluOS app, please navigate to Settings and under Help & Support select “Send Support Request” this sends to logs to support who will then get in touch with you.
