Vault II unable to load content

for some albums, when I try to play them I get a message “Couldn’t load content. There was a problem loading your content. Please try again”, accompanied by a blue button “Try again”.
When I click this, I get the same message again.
Strangely, if I go through the Folders option I am able to play the albums, but this is rather tedious compared to a direct search for either the artist or the album.
I have tried deleting the tracks and reloading them from a backup, then reindexing, but it makes no difference.
Please help!
