Spotify playlist preset "skip disabled" on first track (BluOS 4.10.19, Android 4.10.0, Node Nano)
BeantwortetHi,
I have added several Spotify playlists as presets to my Node Nano. When I start the preset playlist I am unable to skip ahead to the next track in the playlist using the BluOS app or my RC1 remote control. If i try to skip I get a player notification message in the BluOS app saying "skip disabled". After finishing listening to the first track in the playlist the skip option becomes available and I can skip ahead in the playlist. If I switch to another preset Spotify playlist the same error occurs. I have tried Tidal preset playlists and those work fine. So its limited to Spotify playlists. Is this perhaps a bug that can be fixed in the next update? It's quite anoying.

I have forwarded your feedback to our quality assurance team for future update consideration.

Dear support,
I have a similar issue with my Powernode and the RC1. In the Bluesound app (Android on Pixel9) and with the RC I cannot skip tracks on Spotify connect when in the new HI-Res mode. Lower quality in Spotify skipping works fine.
Thanks for looking is this issue too.

Aart

Hi Aart
We are releasing BluOS 4.12.x later this week, which includes several fine-tuning adjustments to Spotify's new SDK for Spotify Lossless. If after installing this update, log out of Spotify using Manage Music Services from the Music Tab in the BluOS App. Then restart the Spotfy App and re-Connect to your Player. If problems persist after the update, let our Support Crew know by selecting Settings, Send Support Request in the BluOS App.
Give us a couple of days first to get the update out.

Hi Tony,
Update fixed the issue. All functions are back, including skipping with the RC1.
Also nice to see that Spotify Lossless now is displayed as CD quality in the BluOS app.
Thanks,
Aart
