    Hi Frank

It can take 2-3 seconds but that's about it. I see you have an open request with our Support Crew. They will be in touch to gather more details.

    Hi Tony,

Thanks for the reply. I’ll wait for the Support Crew in that case.

Hi, please submit what you find out, cause I have the exact same issue with mine.

The Support Crew advised me to disable Amplifier Standby. The downside is that the Powernode won’t go into low power consumption mode after 15 minutes of no signal, but the difference in power consumption isn’t that big.

It is a workaround and not a solution, but for me it will suffice for now. Maybe I will perform a factory reset to see if that will solve the problem, although I doubt that…

Thank you, I will try to disable standby, and cross my fingers for the next update. It is weird, for some time ago it started up in max 5 seconds, so lets hope they will fix it 😀

My N330 suddenly also takes 20 seconds or more to play any sound. Already did a factory reset multiple times. Support asked me to take the amplifier to a reseller. They suspect the amplifier part is having some kind of defect which is causing the delay. Because I see a lot of amplifiers having this issue I think it has something to do with a software update from the past. Wish I could roll back the past updates…

I can confirm your issue is not software related and what ever is happening is not related to a software uupdate.
