    Hi Lautaro - we have seen a very small handful of consumers experiencing this but having a difficult time replicating it. Please select Settings, Send Support Request in the App so we can review your log file (sent when you submit this way) and help troubleshoot further.

    I have sent the the message from BluOS app, which should include the log files, signed as Yuri.
