    Hi Andrzej

In the next 48-72 hours we will be releasing BluOS 4.10.19. Please upgrade to that version, delete your Fixed Groups and recreate them. I do not see anything specific about the way you are describing the issue, but there are 3 to 4 other patches in grouping which may be causing your scenario. If it isn't resolved after the update, we are going to need some more information.

Selecting Settings, Send Support request will send us the logfiles we need if the Player you are suing to create the group is selected when you send the request.

Here's a Help Centre Article to create a FIxed Group in case you need it (don't think you do though); https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360000220107

You can't do anything yourself. Bluesound lab has replicated this fault and will investigate a fix which I would think will involve a future firmware update. I have the same problem on a stereo pair of flexes and I know how frustrating it is to lose this function but as there's not a lot I can do personally, I've just got to sit it out. I would suggest that anyone experiencing the problem raises a support request through the app so that Bluesound understands the scale of the issue and prioritises a fix.

I have the same problem , i have a pair of pulse flex and can’t set it to a stereo set, left right and mono can’t be chosen anymore in the BluOS app. Hope it will be fixed soon.
