Not from lack of trying. Windows is continuing to lock down peer to peer file sharing. They recently release yet another update in the past 30 days which tightens this security even more. This is being done for very understandable reasons.
This is why 3 years ago, BluOS redesigned their USB attached drive strategy to make local libraries less cumbersome.
