Urgent Need BluOS Controller for Native Universal Support for Apple Silicon

Dear BluOS Team,

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding your continued delay in updating the BluOS software (particular BluOS Controller) from Intel-native to Universal binary, despite the widespread adoption of Apple Silicon. Given Apple's clear roadmap, which includes phasing out Intel architecture support and discontinuing Rosetta 2, the emulation layer enabling Intel-based software to run on Apple Silicon, your ongoing inaction presents significant operational risks.

As publicly announced, Apple plans to withdraw support for Intel architectures and Rosetta 2, a critical transition affecting all software developers:

BluOS is fundamentally dependent on modern IT technologies. Your failure to adapt the software proactively to Apple's Apple Silicon architecture undermines user experience and compromises future compatibility.

I urge you to promptly address this critical issue by delivering a Universal version (which runs smoothly  on both Intel and Apple silicon architectures) compatible with both Intel and Apple Silicon architectures. Developers have had five years to update their apps to a Universal, or Silicon native only - BluOS falls short.
