    I don't see any old or new support request under your profile. I would suggest reaching out to our support crew by sending us a support request regarding the issue you are experiencing.

    Using the BluOS app, BluOS >> Settings >> Help & Support | Send Support Request. This way the app will automatically send a log file from your player.
