Pulse Flex 2i - Stuck on red
BeantwortetI have a Pulse Flex 2i that is stuck on the red light after what a software update.
After going back and forth with support and following their instructions, the issue persist. As a solutions, Bluesound is offering to sell me a refurbished speaker at a discount.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Also, this was a clear manufacturer defect and very disappointing that the only resolution is to sell me a refurbished speaker. It is hard for me to understand how a company could push out a software update that breaks their device then tell me I need to buy a new device. That is absurd to me.
