Problem with CD identification

I have a 9 CD series of Bruckner Symphonies. All are like new. Vault rips them all but only identifies odd-number CDs - 1, 3, 5, 7 - and lists as expected under composer and all CD details. Does not identify even-numbered CD's - 2,4,6,8 - and nor does it identify 9

The Sony Music Center with Gracenote identifies all when ripped to my computer using a CD player/ripper and they can be transferred to my Sony Walkman.

The problem is not that the information is not available on the internet. It is!! There is a software problem in Bluesound Vault.

I should not have to waste time entering data onto my computer
