Some artwork will not show, even after rebuild index

Hi I have a Node2i and uses Mac, newest OS... somehow a few albums will not show artwork in the overview, but some will for each number.
I just wonder what the Reload artwork option does / is supposed to do, and the estimated time to way after selecting this option?
I have some 50.000 songs in my library...rebuild takes hours....
One peculiar thing is that on my iPhone 99.9% will show artwork, but looking on the iPad or the mac screen, there may be say 10 NOT showing artwork!!! Pequliar. ;-)

I have looked at the 'old' suggestions I got, and then worked with the TAG app. This solves most of the artwork questions BUT...
looking at my Mac screen after reindexing nothing is improved, however using my iPhone it is all there ??????? quite peculiar performance
