Cannot remove app “BUGS” from my BLUOS list !!

I have a problem not being able to remove “BUGS” from my music services. I received my receiver ( NAD C389) back from official NAD service center in The Netherlands after a repair and this app popped up in my BLUOS Music Service List .it was not there before and several other apps that were never there before repair were installed as well. All the other unwanted apps I could delete by logging out when selecting that app from the music service options list. Cannot remove “BUGS” ( Korean music streaming app) by the normal way ,logging out of the app. Only option is to LOGIN at BUGS. But obviously I cannot Login as I have never logged in in the first place. What to do? This BUGS is now permanently in my favorites list and I don’t want that to be there.
