Node Nano does not recognize Spotify

I have spent hours and hours searching the internet. No Lucky so far. My spotify is not regonized by my Node Nano. I tried eveything and i am so frustrated. I cant select the node thourght spotify. I cant neither find it through bluOs app. There it all the time tells me to install spotify app. Which i already had installered. I even removed it and reinstalled it. Everyrhing is up2date software wish. I do not have a funcky name with special chraracters. I checked my WIFI connection. What else can it simply be? The router configuration? If so that is a bridge too far for me and i will have to sent it back. Do you have any advice?? I love to keep the node nano. I just Don't want it only working with Bluetooth as the connection is less stable and all phoncalls ans message keep interrupting the music. Please someone out there for help?

The issue is caused by a corrupt entry in your router cache. Reboot your router, Wait 5 minutes, reboot your players, wait 5 more minutes, Relaunch the Spotify App. If problmes persist, please e-mail support@bluesound.com
