Josh.ai integration is incomplete without voicecast
BeantwortetSo, I had been thrilled to here about the Josh.ai integration with Bluesound. It was finally the time, I thought, that I could switch away from a large Sonos deployment...but alas, I started trying it, and found out that the ability for Josh to speak responses through the Bluesound devices is non-existent. On contacting Josh.AI about it, they said:
"Sonos is the only partner so far that has enabled this ability. We request this from all of the manufacturers we work with but in most cases, the internal product needs an update."
That's a huge miss, and I would love to know what Bluesound plans to do to get this working. Until that works, I will hold off on buying 12 Nodes.

Hi Nick, we are excited about the integration with Josh and look forward to how we can grow that together over time. Josh themselves just updated the voice cast SDK last month and we will take a refreshed look at it.
