Saved Volume Levels in Presets Are Disappearing

I have a Bluesound system with one main Pulse M and six satellite units including several Pulse Flexes and Mini 2is. These players are always grouped together into a group of seven.

I also have 30+ presets saved, each with specific volume levels.

Every few weeks, my house cleaner will come and inadvertently bump one of the Mini 2is, thereby turning it on.

When I get home, all of my saved volume levels are gone. The Pulse M is fine, but even if I disconnect the group and reconnect it in the same order, then hit a preset, nothing works.

This means that I have to spend a good 45-60 minutes going through the house and readjusting the volumes of each unit. I might lose my mind.

Why does this happen? What can I do to fix it? It is so absolutely frustrating!
