Pulse Flex Play/Pause Button broken

Hi, The play/pause button is increasingly sinking into the hole and rotates loosely. How can this problem be fixed? The other buttons are fine & streaming works perfectly. Furthermore did the soft-touch coating transform into a yellowish sticky skin over the years though it has always been cleaned with a dry microfiber cloth.
