I have vertical stripes on my LCD display, these stripes are also moving.

  In the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request, the Bluesound Support Crew will be able review the log file and take a closer look.

  The issue is an HW issue and the support center said I need to send it back to the service center. It came broken out of the box and so I am without the streamer for a while.
