Node 132 and Dirac - Any storage of acoustical measurements possible?

I am planning to buy an N 132 after being very happy with a 2i for four years and then another four years with an N 130 because of the better N132 analogue output DAC chip and the possibility of Dirac. Question, I have two very different speakers in the same room but placed differently. One is a restored vintage Klipschorn and the other is a pair of BBC speakers. Can I do the acoustical measurement for Dirac for each speaker pair and then save it? Then I could call up what I need in each case. Or do I have to do the acoustical measurement every time I change speakers? Many thanks for your answers.
