Filter By Quality gone in controller

Filter by quality in recent windows and android controller is no longer available, I thought I was going crazy but today I found an android tablet with a version 3 controller and the option is there. Can this feature be returned, or even improved on as I have some albums in various formats, it would be useful to have a "best available" option so I can see the whole library but have the highest quality add to a playlist by default.

  Yes, we are aware of this. Our quality assurance and development team are working towards getting this feature put back in the future update release.

  You do not have to go back that far to have the option available. I am using Android app 4.2.4, because 4.4.0 onward is crap for classical music. 4.2.4 still has the filter by quality as well.

  BluOS frequently breaks existing useful features, making it a rather unreliable system.

  So, what's the status on this? Just checked Windows version 4.10. and the filter option is still not there.
  Do we have to skip updates until infinity?
