Lost connection Soundbar and Pulse flex 2i
Beantwortet2 Personen folgen
Hello!
I have a huge problem, i have 1 Soundbar and 5 pulse flex 2i and i have lost the connection to all of them (they are all on constant blue light). I have tried some things until now: Switching to a fixed Channel on my 2,4G Network (Channel 4, because i am a busy area and my provider said its the best one atm), setting the pulse flex 2i to factory settings, unplugged it and plugged it in again, deinstall and install the app new. Now i am really upset atm because its a pretty expensive system for me and i cant use it at all. Does somebody have a solution for me or even a guideline which steps i have to follow to get my system working (again)? Again i have to mention that all the lights on my players are constant blue. Thank you and best regards

First off only ever use Chanel 1, 6 or 11 all the others overlap and cause interference.
A Blue LED means your devices are connected to your Router.
I would suggest a network refresh…
Power off your Bluesound devices.
Power off your Router and wait five minutes (very important) before turning it on again.
Wait another five minutes for the Router to be fully up and running.
Now power on your Bluesound devices.
