Icon volume level low + inability to stream above 16/44 without drop outs

850mb/s wired ethernet -> Node Icon -> Hegel H190v amp. Had very high hopes, was attempting to “upgrade” a Cambridge Audio streamer. Couple unresolved issues to date: 1) Node Icon can’t stream music over 16bit/44 without frequent drop outs. It’s not my internet, it’s a hardware issue. 2) The Node Icon has a SIGNIFICANT volume drop compared to all other gear (Apple TV, PS5, SACD Player). Support has been unhelpful to date, and the Icon sounds, and performs, worse than music streamers at 1/3 its price. If Support is unable to fix the above it’s going back to the dealer, absolutely awful experience with the unit and company to date.
