Pulse Flex upgrade continues to fail

Hello, I've tried upgrading my Pulse Flex and it starts the upgrade process (flashing green) but then ends up in the red state and disappears from my player list.  I've tried from iPhone, iPad and MacOS.  Reseting power does allow it to boot in previous version.  Please help.  Thanks!
