    Temporarily move your Bluesound device closer to the Router and connect an Ethernet lead directly to the Router. You should now be able to connect to your Bluesound device and update the network settings.

    If the Android device still cannot see your Bluesound device try using an Ethernet wired PC or Mac loaded with the BluOS App, if this fails you need to delve into your Routers settings to make sure client isolation is not turned on.

    EDIT if you get a new Router in the future the simplest method is to make the SSID and password of the new Router the same as the old one. Then all your devices will connect without reconfiguration.
