Digital pass through for tidal and external DAC?

I have a node 2 with coax out to a DAC and working fine for a while. I mostly use tidal and when I set this up MQA was still a thing with tidal so I had the digital by pass set to OFF. Now that tidal got rid of MQA and that is my only source should I turn that option back on? I have a denafrips Pontus 2 DAC and also wondering if I should use a different digital out from node while I, at it?

  When connecting a DAC to a Bluesound Player through the NODE's digital outs (COAX or Toslink), you will bypass our on board 24/192 DAC.
