Syncing two vaults

Hello, I have two Vaults in different houses and their libraries were synced until a few months ago when I added a lot of music to one of them.  I now want to get the libraries synced again.  I've backed up the larger library and figured I would restore this backup to the second vault.  But will this give me two copies of all the tracks after the restore to the second vault.  Hope I've explained this clearly!
