NAD M10 V1 laggy, choppy

Whenever NAD is woken up from standby mode, the audio for the first 30-40 seconds is laggy, choppy - basically not useable at all. After 30-40 seconds passes (or after 2-3 restarts or single restore to factory settings) everything is back to normal.

Another BluOS user here.
Often these sort of issues result from spotty network connections so the first things to check are the following:
1) Is the unit hard wired or connected by WiFi? A hard wired connection is better.
2) Does it have a DHCP reservation set on the router.
If the answer to both of these questions is yes then contact NAD support.
