Try removing power for ten minutes, if this doesn’t not help then in the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request, so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look.
If you cannot do this then use email support@bluesound.com

Bluesound Node 2, red LED stays on, not visible in BlueOS, factory reset did not resolve the issue. Damage is visible on the motherboard around component U24.
