N130 audio cuts with low input volume from hdmi

Hello, I have recently bought the n130 with is working perfectly besides one issue. I am using a hdmi cable for the e-arc and it works fine but when the volume input from the tv is low the node doesnt transfer any sound to my speakers. I can hear the sound cut and when the input is high enough the sound cuts back on. I can hear a distinct sound when it turns on and off. Which is very frustrating. My speakers also have a hdmi arc input option and when i use that option this doesnt happen. I have no clue of what to do to fix this. I want to use the hdmi with the node instead of the speakers. Is there any way someone can help me with this problem? The issues doesnt seem to happen when i turn the volume high enough but i dont want to put it too high. Thanks in advance
