Icon 4-Step Update.
Yesterday I started my new Icon on my home wifi network and it started updating.
When it finished, or I thought it had finished, the LED stayed on solid red for more than 20 minutes
so I had to disconnect it from the power supply and restart the icon.
Is my Icon damaged or is it normal and what I had to do is okay? I saw this step on your website.

What you did was fine, the ICON was just left in upgrade mode after the firmware update.

Hello and I ask, is it normal that after the update my Icon stays blocked with
the LED fixed on red and the screen off waiting for me to disconnect from the
power grid for 30 seconds to listen to music again after this very strange process?
