Node Nano + Ifi ipower 2 Vs Regular Node 2024 dac output quality
Hello
I happily report that I love the sound quality of node nano on my system and I am using it as a streaming dac.
I have replaced the stock power supply with ifi ipower 2 plugged in audioquest powerquest 2 outlet and use the ethernet connection with ifi isilencer plugged directly in the ethernet port.
The reason I have purchased Nano with the power supply is because I do not need the extra features of node 2024.
The question is if with these changes the sound quality is on par with the regular node 2024 or am I missing out?
My system: Audioquest Powerquest 2 powerstrip -> ifi ipower 2-> Bluesound Node Nano -> audioquest red river rca ->roksan attessa integrated on project dampit feet and supra spc anniv edition power cable - (lan setup: qed performance ethernet - netgear gs108e v3 switch - supra cat 8 ethernet - ifi isilencer) -> (Qed xt40i+xt40i jumpers) ->Elac Carina BS243.4 toed in on isoacoustics iso puck minis

As you are using the analogue outputs you probably would not hear any difference as they both use the same DAC.

Thank you for clarifying!
