Vault issue persists after mainboard changed.
BeantwortetI have a Vault 2i, which I've generally been happy with. A couple of months it started dropping network connections when I was transferring large numbers of files via my PC. I'd get an error message, then the Vault would restart. Bluesound did their usual troubleshooting but there was no improvement. Then the library disappeared from the app. I could see the files on my PC, even play them on my PC, but the app showed no content found. Furthermore, it would rebuild the index endlessly, just starting over when finished.
Bluesound suggested returning it to the dealer, who sent it away for repair, for free (which was nice as it was out of warranty). It came back to day with a note saying the mainboard was replaced. However, the same problems persist exactly.
Any ideas what else it could be, if the mainboard has been replaced? They do seem to have tested it as there are different tracks in the recently played pane.
I'm at a loss now.
