    Please select Settings, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so our Support Crew can receive a copy of the player logfile and help troubleshoot further.

    Mine started out with much less bass than my old Node 2i. Subwoofer out is off. Exactly the same hardware.

    Hi Dave, has the problem with the poor sound been solved? Unfortunately I have the same issue with my recente new bought Nide Icon. There is almost no bass, and it sound 'thin' and 'poor'. I don't understatement when I read all the positive reviews. I think it could do much beter?
