I have a node2 that has been working fine for a long time, I got an update alert the other day and hit update,The firmware update card flashes at red and green lights, shuts down and waits for a few minutes and then turns on again, and cannot update normally, resulting in the device not working properly

You could try to move the Node2 close to your router and connect directly on a free port, using an ethernet cable.
Once the update has finished, you can disconnect and put the player back.

I've tried connecting the network cable, but it doesn't work.
