Node 2 with external DAC optical, some albums in HR streamed from Qobuz silent

Hi there,

I connected my Node 2 to my external DAC (Chord Quest), coaxial between DAC and Node + optical connection. The sound is improved but some albums streamed in Hi Res from Qobuz can be read but other HR albums remain silent (no sound). I tried MQA on & off in vain. It never happens with albums in CD quality.
Can you help me?

    Hi Michel

    Check your third-party DAC documentation. Many older DACs do not support 24/192 over TOSLink. If. your DAC does in fact support 24/192 TOSLink playback, check the optical cable and replace it.

    You are too defensive minded to think of a solution but thank you. I found help somewhere in the community.
    In the Bluesound app, It was just necessary to open music service and change the settings for optical connection.
