Vault 2i reboots when copying files over network
BeantwortetBasically, when I try to copy files over the network to the vault 2i it completely reboots the unit. I can maybe get a small amount of files under a gig, but any large transfers causes the reboot. Unit is connected via ethernet cable. And this is a new issue, meaning it hasn't been an issues since before the last firmware update.

Hi Mike,
I have escalated your feedback to a support request. A member of our support crew will reach out to you soon. -
Hi Mike, what are you copying from?

External HDD that I’ve been copying from since I bought the unit. I’ve also tried copying from the internal SSD. Same issue with both.

If by any chance is MacOS there does seem to be issues with the latest SMB (more so that normal for Apple). Personally I have used Carbon Copy Cloner or Super Duper to manage copying large amounts of data.
If it’s Windows, sorry I cannot help so best to contact support directly via the BluOS App.

It just so happens to be macOS. I’ll give carbon copy a try. For a work around I’ve got a ssd hooked up to my node. I’ll take a look carbon copy
