Hi Mike, what are you copying from?

External HDD that I’ve been copying from since I bought the unit. I’ve also tried copying from the internal SSD. Same issue with both.

If by any chance is MacOS there does seem to be issues with the latest SMB (more so that normal for Apple). Personally I have used Carbon Copy Cloner or Super Duper to manage copying large amounts of data.

If it’s Windows, sorry I cannot help so best to contact support directly via the BluOS App.

It just so happens to be macOS. I’ll give carbon copy a try. For a work around I’ve got a ssd hooked up to my node. I’ll take a look carbon copy

I just tried carbon copy cloner and the vault rebooted during the process.

I have the exact same issue from multiple windows devices but only on one out of two of my vault 2i's.  Suggestions?

So I just got word back from the support group.

"Following discussions with our Engineering team regarding your specific issue, they have replicated the issue in our labs. Our Engineering team will conduct further investigation and provide a fix for this issue in an upcoming firmware update."

So a fix will be coming.
