How to get lip sync to 0 ms with earc

Hi!
I have a Node and really happy with it so far. The only annoying thing is the added delay to audio. For movies etc, it's fine as I can just delay the image by 50ms, but for gaming you don't want to add any delay to your image. I have tried deactivating A/V mode altogether, but that brings the delay up to about 250-350ms for me.
Is there any way to remove the lip sync delay? I saw an old forum thread from about 2020 but it din't seem to have been fixed then. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

All Bluesound Players require a benchmark delay of 50ms to allow for multiroom synchronisation. This cannot be disabled and Bluesound Players do not allow for bypass.
50ms is DOLBY certified and an industry leader in wireless technology. A/V Mode disabled increases delay for products with sync issues but no video reference such as turntables or CD Players.

Does the Node Icon or other Bluesound eARC implementations provide “Auto Lip Sync” support via HDMI?
