NODE ICON - Allow headphones to be plugged in without muting RCA/XLR output

Could you please allow for headphones to be connected without muting the RCA/XLR outputs? This should be a user setting where I can decide the behavior - even give me the option to disable the headphone output until I need it (a toggle in the controller application - headphone or pre-amp outputs). 

In my example, I have an adapter I'd like to keep plugged into the jack for easy connection to various headphones. With the current setup, I can't keep the adapter plugged in (1/4" to 1/8").
