Blue node 2; firmware please

Got the red light.

Replaced the PSU (Creative) ; still got the red light. Bluesound refuses to send me the  firmware ??? Can anybody please send me a firmware version for my blue node 2 ? Can't find a link anywhere.

  Hello Geert

  If your Bluesound NODE is not booting and is receiving a red LED, a software reload will not resolve your issue. The NODE 2 red LED is a hardware fault. Please continue to work with our Support Crew to arrange to have your Bluesound Player serviced through proper channels.
