nad m10 not showing up on bluetooth list

I have a nad m10 version 1 Yesterday when i was going to connect through Bluetooth. It could not connect, tried automatic, manual, disable, factory reset and updating system. I cant find it when i search through my phones bluetooth list. I find a few others as i live in a apartment but nad m10 is gone from the list and wont show up. Tried on my computer too. Bluos 4.8.7 Android app 4.8.0 Android 14
