trying to watch a music video but get no audio

Hi,

can't hear audio when playing a youtube music video. Here are my current connections, I'm am running the network cable through the node, connected HDMI arc from node to samsung tv, connect rca cables to node and back of amplifier. I am able to see the youtube video but no sound playing through speakers hooked up to amp.

  HI Dave

  Double check the HDMI connection into the TV and ensure it is set to the one HDMI port (out of 3 or 4) that is specifically labelled ARC or eARC for Audio Return Channel (or Enhanced Audio Return Channel). This is the only HDMI port allowed for audio out.

  If it is, please send our Support Crew a log file of the player by selecting Settings, Send Support Request from the Home Tab of the App and fill out the online form. Once they receive your request, they can review the log file automatically attached and help troubleshoot further.
