Very low volume on analog input
BeantwortetWhen I connect my headphone output from my laptop dockingstation into the N130 analog input. The volume is very low compared to Tune-in or Tidal.. Volume way over 60% is a hearable volume.
Also tried it with an USB-C DAC->3,5mm jack connected at my dockingstation and plugged into the Node. Same result
(The N130 is connected with an optical cable to a set of KEF LSX Active speakers.)
When I plug the cable directly into the KEF LSX, the volume is as it should be.
Also tried the same scenarios described above on a Node X -> same result.
Additional information:
Also used my Samsung S23 Ultra with the USB-C- DAC and connect it to the analog input of both Nodes, Also very low volume.
What can I do to make the volume from the analog input the same as the outher sources?

Hi Robert
Analogue input is often much quiter than streaming sources based on gain applied. Look into the laptop audio output settings to see if you can boost output or add gain.
Also consider using Bluetooth or Airplay from the laptop to send a digital signal instead.

Volume on laptop is set to 100%. An analog input should behave about the same on every kind of decvice. As I wrote, when connecting the output from my laptop directly into my kef speakers (3,5mm jack),, the sound is good and on the same level as other sources.
I want my laptop sound through my Node, because it is easier to switch between radio and laptop (for meetings) and adjust volume on the node, which is placed on my desk.
Bluetooth can be an alternative, that is what I already tried. One big downside.....A hughe delay between audio and video. Which doesnt occur when I use my bluetooth headset,,,,
If there is a solution fot het bluetooth delay, let me know!!0
