Hi Richard - sounds like you have a NODE if it is the issue our QA Team has seen. Please select Settings, Player, Audio Settings from the Home Screen and set Audio Clock Trim to ON. This should fix a DCA timing issue causing the problem you are seeing.

If that does not resolve, send our Support Crew a log file as Seppi suggested.

Hi Richard, yours is the first post here with this issue, you don’t say what the source is but closing all apps and power cycle the device might help.

If it continues after hearing the “static” noise in the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request, so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look.

Typically I use Apple Music over airplay from Apple devices including Mac, iPad and iPhone. What’s interesting is the pop’s (like a noisy vinyl record) happen without anything playing.

I’ve followed your advice and have submitted a support ticket and am hoping the crew can help.

Also having this issue. PLEASE fix this soon as many of us in the hi-fi industry use Nodes for in-store demos and it's embarrassing.
