What's wrong with my players ?
BeantwortetImpossible to find my players from the last bluos controller version on my PC .
the sceen lets read looking for players endless.
Can someone help me .
I changed the app ( unload and new download ) , i changed the network( both PC and node= , i resseted the node as crafted by blusound.

- Reboot your router
- Wait 5 minutes
- Unplug your Blueosund Players for 10 seconds then plug them back in
- Wait 5 more minutes
- Relaunch the App

For what it's worth, you're not the only one having that problem.
All android apps find my nodes and flex instantly, the windows desktop app keeps searching and never finds them.
Rebooting the nodes/flex, rebooting the laptop and reboothing the routers fix it for about a day, after that it's the same problem all over again.

If not already done so in the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request, so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look.
Whilst you wait for support you may want to check your router settings to ensure Multicast (mDNS) traffic is allowed. Also see if there is a setting that says IGMP Snooping or IGM Proxy... turn it on.

but those settings have always been enabled, so I really doubt that has anything to do with it.
And if it did, then my mobile devices would also be affected, which they're not. Never have been.

Windows network discovery is not the same as Android, so it was worth checking especially as you say it works after a reboot (of everything) for a short while.

So, just found the time to get on here again, and guess what, the "send support request" button doesn't work when the windows app can't find any players...

Oh, and before anyone suggests it, the "diagnostics" tab also doesn't work.

You might try to access the BluOS device by entering its IP into a webbrowser, this should show the BluOS Control Panel, which includes Diagnostics.
